Pupilate® frees teachers of the stress involved in managing students' academic
appraisals and evaluation/assessment (be it classworks, assignments, class tests, exam,
etc.). All that a teacher for example needs to do is to enter the scores as all processes
that follows such as calculation, grading, error checking, etc. is automated.
Computer Based Test Module

prepare students for major external exams like UTME. Pupilate® creates the
platform for students to have access to Computer Based Test (CBT) of all subjects.

Fees Management Module
Pupilate® automates fees management tasks like invoice/receipt
generation, fees billing and payment, fund management, income and expenditure, fine and loan
management, etc. Pupilate® provides a secure online fees payment is also
available.
Human Resource & Payroll Management Module
Pupilate® makes all human resource related task very easily and
comfortably with an advanced system which provides tools and utilities that entails managing
staff related data, recruitment, salary management, leave management, and other related
functionalities such as pay slip, etc.
Library Management Module
Pupilate® empowers schools to manage their book catalogs and book
borrowings made by the stakeholders e.g. students, staff, etc. with its simple and
interactive user-friendly interface. Details of the books such as author name, edition,
price, etc. can be stored in the school library database.
